Every exhibit lives between the corners

Three subjects, one triangle, three wedges meeting in the middle. Deep in a wedge means the exhibit mostly belongs to that subject. Sitting on a seam means it needs both neighbours. The centre means it needs all three, and exactly one exhibit lives there.

The story of the cabinet

My father told me, when I was young, that I was good with numbers, and that he hoped I would do good in life. I carried that sentence through a mathematics and physics education, past the first book I ever bought, which was about Alan Turing, and into twenty years of building payment systems, search engines, and cloud platforms across Pakistan, Japan, and Germany.

This room is where those three subjects meet. The mathematics in it guards real money. The physics sets deadlines no vendor can move. The computer science walks the maps in your pocket. Every exhibit is playable, because playing is how these ideas first got into me, and every essay tells you honestly where its classic runs in the systems I have spent my life inside. The room opened with the primes. The rest of the shelves are being built, one exhibit at a time, and each one lands in The Journal first.
